Prior to starting the Morisey-Dart Group, Linda's twenty-five plus years with a Fortune 50 company gave her the opportunity to lead their national staffing organization as well as recruit for senior management positions in the US and Europe. Her career in staffing has included hiring for a broad range of disciplines and for positions from entry level to senior management. Many of the individuals she has recruited are in positions as Senior Executives and Officers of major corporations today.

Linda brings a staffing competency as well as an in depth knowledge and understanding of sales, marketing, engineering, and manufacturing. Linda's knowledge of these disciplines comes from positions she held in each area.  In the sales area, she was responsible for taking a specific product sales force that had been failing, and turning this one hundred-person team into a productive, highly motivated, profit producing organization. This was done with work in core competencies, coaching, and critical staffing. The trust she earned from the senior management staff and the sales people were reflected in the results.

In 1999, Ted Faris began as a Technical Recruiter in Telecommunications recruiting for CLEC's and Network Providers. He migrated to Health Information Management Systems in 2000. From 1990 -1998, He served as a private Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant to the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries and work with healthcare providers and employers to assist injured workers back to work. At that time, he also served as an Expert Witness to the Assistant Attorney General. His references come from small start-up internet based companies and mid-sized software development firms to large organizations such as 3M Health Information Systems. In the past he has recruited for telecommunication providers and vendors such as Lucent, Advanced TelCom Group (ATG), Level 3 Communications, Granite Systems software, and Sprint. He holds a Master's Degree of Arts - Whole Systems Design, Antioch University . HIMSS member.
