Prior to starting the Morisey-Dart Group, Linda’s 25+ years with a Fortune 50 company gave her the opportunity to lead their national staffing organization as well as recruit for senior management positions in the U.S. and Europe. Her career in staffing has included hiring for a broad range of disciplines and for positions from entry level to senior management. Many of the individuals she has recruited are in positions as senior executives and officers of major corporations today.
Linda brings a staffing competency as well as an in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales, marketing, engineering and manufacturing. Linda’s knowledge of these disciplines comes from positions she held in each area. In the sales area, she was responsible for taking a specific product sales force that had been failing and turning this 100-person team into a productive, highly motivated, profit-producing organization. This was done with work in core competencies, coaching and critical staffing. The trust she earned from the senior management staff and sales people were reflected in the results.
Linda and her partner, Dave Dart, have built a search firm with individuals who possess strong industry experience and a history of success in these industries. Linda, Dave and the team build strong collaborative partnerships based on knowledge, integrity, trust and total commitment to candidate and client delight.

Recruiting has been Jill’s love and passion for over 15 years. She was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio leaving briefly to attend Purdue University in Indiana. Upon her return, she landed a position in temporary staffing and later moved into corporate HR for a Fortune 500 drug distributor. In 1998, she joined a boutique firm to head up their permanent staffing division – with much success, they consistently ranked within the “top 25 recruiting firms” in the area.
In 2002, she was offered a similar position with a firm in Southwest Florida. Jill served as a staffing generalist to many industries that included healthcare, insurance, legal, banking, construction, manufacturing, hospitality and not-for-profit filling positions that ranged from support positions to senior management and executive roles.
Leveraging her prior experience in 2010, she joined the Morisey-Dart Group. Currently, she shares leadership responsibility for two areas of the business.
- Construction: residential and commercial within the state of Florida. Positions include builders, project managers, purchasing, designers, quality control, land development, sales, marketing, administrative support, finance and more. From the C-Suite to the gravel, she can find the right people.
- SWFL Local Market: This market requires recruiters who understand the nuances of living in SW Florida. She has placed individuals at all levels in a variety of industries. This is where industry specialization is outpaced by local knowledge

Steve Spencer, CSAM

Steve combines his education, work experience and industry knowledge to drive results for his clients every day.
While completing his MBA, Steve worked in an IBM data center and ran their local and wide area networking operations. Upon graduation, Steve joined Wang Laboratories and excelled in a variety of technical and sales positions, being promoted seven times in ten years.
At ADP Dealer Services, he acquired a “street-level” competitive sales instinct, and then went to Xerox to lead the transition of a sales force from analog to digital products. As an area director in NYC, he developed a new team in the Channels Group and drove the highest growth in the country.
Recruited into Xerox Global Services, he ran the Business Partnership Program operations, driving record growth and revenue for Document Solutions sales. After Xerox, Steve worked at two small companies, developing reseller and financial services channels. Since joining the Morisey-Dart Group, Steve has brought a wealth of industry knowledge, business networking and people skills to bear for clients and candidates alike.
Micah Di Sabato, CSAM
Director, Medical Device, Recruitment Services
As the medical device industry’s premier talent agent, it is Micah’s responsibility to ensure our clients get introduced to the best this industry has to offer. He represents professionals that he passionately believes in and can proudly fight for when necessary.

Angeline re-joined Morisey-Dart Group in May of 2014. Coming aboard as the firm’s research and marketing administrator, she is responsible for various online marketing, copywriting and social media aspects of the business, as well as lead generation, research and retaining candidate information.
She graduated from Florida International University in Miami from the School of Journalism and Mass Communications.

Mickey is a global retail recruitment professional in sourcing and merchandising and has been in recruitment since 1985. It’s her passion – she loves the recruiting business. Not many businesses give one the opportunity to bring such positive change to people’s lives.
Mickey has a sense of humor and an ability to connect with people that lends itself to being involved in a business where there’s such large personal investment and ultimately, leap of faith being made. Not only are companies hiring candidates who will have a direct and immediate effect on their company culture, but experienced candidates are making huge changes both professionally and personally when they join a new company. Uprooting a family to make a transcontinental move is a huge change even if it is for a fantastic opportunity! The more at ease people are with Mickey, the better the entire process is from both the candidate and client company perspectives.
As a global retail recruitment professional, her business is built on solid relationships. Anyone can find a name these days – but to be able to really understand what a client company is looking for or to truly appreciate what a candidate is seeking or motivated by, takes a special skill. Mickey was fortunate enough to have great mentor recruiters in her industry, and she “grew up” learning the nuances of finding the hidden talent in the marketplace. Research & Recruitment Specialist
Paula joined the Morisey-Dart Group in August of 2017. She is the firm’s research and recruitment specialist for the medical device and precision machining/manufacturing teams. She is responsible for sourcing and recruiting, lead generation, internet research and various other responsibilities within both the medical device and precision machining industries.
With 25 years at Xerox Corporation in New York, Paula had a prosperous and noteworthy career where she excelled during her tenure. She brings her vast knowledge and expertise in procurement, supply chain, contract administration and project management to the firm. She is a creative and natural problem-solver with proven success in developing and implementing new procedures and processes as well as integrating newly acquired subsidiaries.
Now, she’s using her expertise to build a network of solid relationships in the medical device and precision machining industries that help hiring managers find the top talent they need to improve their organizations.
Paula is Lean Six Sigma certified (Green Belt), has a Master of Science in business management and a Bachelor of Science in education.
Research & Recruitment Specialist
Charlotte joined the Morisey-Dart Group in July of 2017. She is the firm’s research and recruitment specialist for both the Global Retail Sourcing and Merchandising, and Technology and Managed Services teams. Charlotte is responsible for sourcing and recruiting, lead generation, internet research and other various marketing aspects within these industries.
She brings her vast knowledge and experience in sales and marketing with profit and non-profit entities both nationally and internationally to the firm. Now, she’s building a network of solid relationships in the retail and managed services industries to help hiring managers find the top talent they need to improve their organizations.
Charlotte graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts in sociology.

Jeff joined the Morisey-Dart Group in June 2015 as an executive recruiter in the precision machining (CNC) and manufacturing and 3D printing industries.
For more than 30 years, sales and marketing have been the mainstay of Jeff’s career. He started his own business in the music field while in college and later traveled throughout the U.S. and internationally consulting with clients on the use of unique sales and marketing techniques using new technologies.
For the past 15 years, Jeff worked for a company that specialized in virtual reality and 3D animation for the construction of new, high-end real estate projects. Part of his role was to help developers pre-sell units before ever breaking ground on them.
Now, Jeff uses his sales and marketing background to establish relationships across various industries to help your company with the talent acquisition process – allowing your organization to focus on other primary business activities.
